I am Dario Gaudioso, PhD student in Molecular Plant Pathology and graduate cum laude and with dignity of press in Agro-Environmental Biotechnology. Honestly linked to my homeland, Basilicata, I am an experienced cook and a great lover of art and landscapes.

I have always found the plant world among the most fascinating on this planet, so much so that it led me to study botany and the main mechanisms underlying the plant-pathogen interaction. My scientific interest is aimed in particular on quarantine plant pathogens, through the use of multidisciplinary approaches (biotechnological, agronomic, chemical, physical), further explore during the Master Thesis and the Research Scholarship in "Preparation of spectroscopic analysis for the identification of quarantine phytopathogenic bacteria".

Always open to new perspectives, because “A life without research is not worth living”, I would like to become a good researcher in the field of plant pathology.
