Roberta Ferrante was born in Grosseto (GR) on 3/06/1995. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in 2017 in Nursery Sciences, Environment, and Green Management from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Florence, with a thesis titled "Grafting as a Tool of Defense Against Grape Phylloxera."
At the same University, in 2021 she obtained her master’s degree in Biotechnology for Environmental Management and Sustainable Agriculture, with a thesis titled "Meta-Analysis as a Tool to Identify Candidate Genes Involved in Abiotic Stress Response."
She is currently a PhD student in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the Department of Agriculture, Food, Environment and Forestry (DAGRI) at the University of Florence.
